Cream of açaí with cream cheese
Ingredients:
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 g Authentic Açaí
- 60 g brown sugar
- Sprigs of mint or lemon verbena
Serves: 6-8
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese with 30 g sugar until dissolved. Add açaí and stir without over-mixing.
- Finally, serve in bowls and refrigerate.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar on top and use sprigs of mint or lemon verbena to decorate.
