Açaí do Brasil Instant Crème Anglaise
Ingredients:
- 250 g Authentic Açaí do Brasil
- 1 banana and 5 strawberries (or any fresh fruit)
- 450 g whipping cream
- 200 g sugar
- 6 tbsp. water
Serves: 5
Directions:
- Put Authentic Açaí and fresh fruit in a bowl.
- Whip the cream and mix with the fruit.
- Distribute in appetizer bowls and refrigerate.
- Meanwhile, make a caramel sauce using the 200g sugar and 6 tablespoons of water.
- Mix together and bring to a boil until the liquid obtains a syrup-like consistency.
- Leave the mixture to stand for a few minutes and then drizzle over the bowls just before serving.
